Privacy Policy
Draft effective date: July 10, 2026. This draft is original CleHive launch content and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
CleHive collects information that people provide directly, information created while using the marketplace, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
When a family, agency, or admin account is created, CleHive may collect a name, email address, password credentials, role, contact preferences, phone number, location, and profile details.
Families may add Care Profiles, care categories, service types, specialties, preferred languages, notes, location details, and Care Requests. Families should avoid adding sensitive details that are not needed to evaluate care options.
Agencies may provide business names, contact details, service areas, care categories, service types, specialties, languages, availability, verification documents, profile content, and responses to Care Requests.
CleHive may store donation records, donor names, donor emails, donation amounts, anonymous donation preferences, Stripe checkout references, payment status, and payment confirmation links. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CleHive.
CleHive may use cookies, session storage, authentication tokens, and privacy-conscious analytics to keep users signed in, protect the service, measure performance, and understand which parts of the marketplace need improvement.
Information may be used to create accounts, operate the marketplace, match families with agencies, process Care Requests, support reviews and messages, manage donations, moderate content, detect abuse, improve reliability, and provide support.
CleHive may share relevant Care Request and profile details with selected agencies, show public agency profile and review information in the marketplace, use service providers such as hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, and Stripe, and disclose information when required for legal, safety, or security reasons.
CleHive uses reasonable technical and organizational measures such as role-based access, protected routes, secure authentication, HTTPS in production, audit logs, and limited administrative access. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
CleHive keeps information while accounts are active or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, keep audit records, and maintain donation or transactional history.
Users may update many account and profile details in the app. To request account deletion or data access, contact CleHive support. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, donation, audit, or operational reasons.
CleHive is not intended for children to create accounts. Adults may create Care Profiles involving children when seeking care, but should provide only information that is appropriate and necessary for the care request.
CleHive may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates should be posted in the app or communicated through reasonable notice before they take effect.
