Terms of Service
Draft effective date: July 10, 2026. This draft is original CleHive launch content and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
By accessing or using CleHive, you agree to these draft terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use CleHive only for lawful caregiving marketplace purposes. Children may not create accounts.
Users are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under their accounts. CleHive may require role-specific onboarding for families, agencies, and admins.
Families are responsible for evaluating agencies, sharing appropriate information, and making care decisions. Agencies are responsible for accurate profiles, lawful operations, qualified staff, service delivery, and timely responses.
Verification badges, document reviews, or approval statuses may indicate that certain information was submitted or reviewed. They do not guarantee licensing, insurance, caregiver quality, safety, availability, or future performance.
CleHive connects families and agencies. CleHive is not a caregiving provider, does not employ caregivers for families, does not supervise care, and is not responsible for agency services.
CleHive does not guarantee agency quality, caregiver availability, response time, compatibility, legal compliance, pricing, safety, or care outcomes. Users should conduct their own due diligence.
Care Requests and messages help families and agencies coordinate. Users should communicate respectfully, avoid unnecessary sensitive information, and verify important details outside the platform when appropriate.
Users may submit reviews, messages, profiles, and other content. Content must be truthful, lawful, respectful, and not misleading. CleHive may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these terms or harms marketplace trust.
Donations are voluntary and do not unlock features, subscriptions, premium placement, agency payments, or special access. Donation processing may be handled by Stripe, and refunds are subject to CleHive support review and payment processor rules.
Users may not misuse the service, submit false information, harass others, scrape data, interfere with security, impersonate others, upload harmful content, bypass access controls, or use CleHive for unlawful purposes.
CleHive owns or licenses the CleHive name, logo, design, software, and platform content. Users retain rights in their own submitted content but grant CleHive permission to use it to operate and improve the service.
CleHive is provided as available and as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CleHive disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CleHive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for care outcomes, agency acts, user content, or third-party services.
CleHive may suspend or terminate access when accounts appear unsafe, inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, inactive, or in violation of these terms.
CleHive may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
These terms should identify the governing law and venue before launch after review by qualified legal counsel.
